Josie Davis
Josie Davis, a Hollywood born native of California she is an actress as well as a writer and producer. Davis began her acting career as a child actress in commercials for television. As a small toddler, she was made a star on the show Charles In Charge. The show was the top show rated by syndication. Josie was nominated 3 times and was awarded the prestigious Young in Film Award for her performance as Sarah Powell. Davis was an actor of note in a variety of television shows as an adult. Davis was awarded Lifetime Movie Network Awards for her performance. Davis was offered the chance to enroll in the USC's Writing Program. But she decided to study acting. She trained with Paul E Richards, who passed away in 1998 after twenty years. Davis aged of 24, auditioned for the biggest stars of Hollywood, Shelley Winters and Mark Rydell and Martin Landau. Davis was the only one who attended one audition at the renowned Actors Studio with privileges of being employed there, was granted a lifetime membership following an interview. Davis was among only two performers accepted during the auditions that year from over 1,000 applicants.
